Join Studio PB for Strengthening - Registration Open

Now is a great time to begin a new strengthening program. Develop long lean muscles, core strength, agility and balance with a Studio PB class.

These six-week classes will help you prevent common running injuries and improve running economy as well as keep the holiday pounds off and sculpt a gorgeous body!

Come one, two or three times per week. Register Now. Two times per week is recommended. Late enrollment is prorated if space is available.
