Injury Prevention Clinic Part I

Injury Prevention I will be held at Metro Walk and Run from 7-8:30 p.m. this Thursday, Sept. 2nd for Personal Best members only.

Coach Amy is a licensed physical therapist and will share important tips to prevent injuries common to running as well as early recognition and early intervention strategies.

Injuries covered in Part I include plantar fascitis (heel pain), achilles tendonitis and tendonosis, patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee) and medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints).

Come early for a 25% discount on shoes. Bring a cushion or lawn chair to sit on.
