RRKC offers an a la carte menu of options for area runners. We offer group runs, speed sessions and sport specific strengthening classes. Choose 1, 2 or all 3!
Attend Group Runs
from $15.00 - $25/mo.
Get your group run on with RRKC on Saturday mornings. You will find support every Saturday except for holidays or in the event of inclement weather or unsafe course conditions. Start times vary between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. Group run location, start time and maps are announced on the Events page. Drop in for one run, buy a one month pass or make it really easy on yourself and sign up for automatic monthly payments. Select your option at check-out.

$25 monthly pass allows you to attend any group run for that calendar month. Buy Now.

Attend Speed Work
$150.00 per session
Improve your performance, efficiency, run form and run strength with RRKC speed training led by Coach Amy. Workouts are personalized to each athletes' goals and experience level. Workouts include dynamic warm-up, running drills, hill training and/or variety of speed workouts such as fartleks, intervals, supersets and more. Due to the nature of the training, we cannot accommodate drop-ins and class size is limited to 12 athletes.
Sessions are held in a variety of locations in the Prairie Village, Overland Park and Leawood. Tuesday evenings 6:00 PM. Select your option at check out.

Attend Sport Specific Strengthening Classes
Improve your performance and efficiency and help prevent injury with sport specific strengthening classes. Content created by physical therapist and running coach, Amy Parkerson-Mitchell. Classes led by instructor, Jennifer Wolf. Sessions are held at the CoachAmyPT clinic. Time and date of sessions vary. Class sizes are limited.
A high intensity interval training class. Great for runners, cyclists and triathletes. This is an intermediate to advanced level class. Not recommended for beginners.

A no/low impact strength class consisting of slow, controlled, quality movement patterns that strengthen the core (a cylindrical column from shoulders to just below the hips). It compliments the Phoenix Rising class for patients and athletes who want to do both. This class is open to all levels.
